Bay City Bike's Streets of San Francisco is a full-city, 15-mile all electric bike, tour that covers many of San Francisco’s unique city neighborhoods. This tour starts in Fisherman’s Wharf, and rides through North Beach (the little Italy of San Francisco). From there it winds past Chinatown into the Financial District, around the high-end industrial buildings and couture boutique stores. The tour then continues out to the Ferry Building, along the SF waterfront towards the Bay Bridge, looping behind Oracle Park, a world-class urban baseball stadium positioned right on the Bay. Along this tour you will also see Rincon Hill, Chase Center, the Design District, the culturally rich Mission and Castro Districts, the murals of Clarion Alley, Lower Haight Ashbury, Alamo Square overlooking the Painted Ladies, Nopa, City Hall a SF Opera House, Polk gulch (the OG LGBT neighborhood of SF), and Aquatic Park.
This tour includes helmets, and pedal-assist Electric Bikes that can last about 25 plus miles depending on usage. The included helmets are mandatory, as the tour is done on Electric bikes on bike lanes in the Streets of San Francisco. After the guided tour ends you may enjoy a free, bonus bike rental as the battery permit.

Weather in San Francisco can vary from neighborhood to neighborhood. The atmosphere can be sunny one minute and then foggy the next- and that being said, it's almost always sunny and ten degrees warmer in Sausalito! Bay City Bike Rentals always recommend layers: dress comfortably enough for your bike ride but also consider the variations in the San Francisco weather. Water and sunscreen are also recommended. The bikes have rear racks and bungees to strap down any extra layers. Ponchos for rainy weather are available for purchase on site.
There are many garages and parking lots throughout Fisherman’s Wharf, two of which are the Northpoint Shopping Center Garage and the Longshoremen's Union Hall Parking Lot. Parking costs vary by garage and you can visit the Fisherman's Wharf website for more information on their rates. There is also metered parking throughout the Wharf area. Bay City Bike Rentals does not validate parking tickets.
Restrooms are available at Bay City Bike Rentals' facilities.
Transportation and surfaces are wheelchair accessible.
You can call their emergency hotline for bike related emergencies.
