The tour lasts approximately 25 to 30 minutes.
Please check in no less than 30 minutes prior to scheduled departure. Flights depart on time and will not be held for late-arriving parties. Please note that refunds will not be issued for missed flights.

Yes, the max weight per helicopter passenger is 240lbs. Anyone who exceeds the limit will be required to purchase a second seat when booking a reservation. The max total weight limit is 1,100lbs for the entire group that will be flying together.
A minimum of four and a maximum of five people can join the helicopter flight.
Yes, children and infants are allowed on board. Limited ear protection headsets are offered, so it'll be best if parents bring noise-cancellation headsets or earplugs for their infants. Infants ages two (2) and below can fly for free but must be seated on parents' laps.
All flights are subject to cancellation for severe weather. Safe conditions for flying will be determined by the pilot up to 30 minutes before the scheduled departure. Canceled flights can be rebooked for up to one year from the original scheduled flight.
Sorry, only service dogs are allowed on flights to assist people with disabilities. If dogs are under 15 lbs, they must be secured in a crate.
